Ayam Fillet Goreng Tepung
First, let's check out the ingredients:
- 4 to 5 pieces of chicken fillet
- 1 cup of flour
- 1/4 cup of cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of onion powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup of water
- Coconut oil for frying
Now, let's get started with the instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg and mix it with water.
- Heat up the coconut oil in a pan on medium heat.
- Dip each chicken fillet into the egg mixture, then coat it with the flour mix. Make sure to evenly coat the chicken.
- Once the oil is heated up, carefully place the chicken in the pan. Fry each side for about 5-6 minutes or until it's crispy and golden brown.

Ini nih salah satu resep favorit aku: Ayam Fillet Goreng Tepung. Rasanya renyah, lezat, dan gurih banget! Cocok banget buat makan siang atau makan malam.
Yuk, kita lihat bahan-bahannya dulu:
- 4-5 potong fillet ayam
- 1 cangkir tepung terigu
- 1/4 cangkir pati jagung
- 1/2 sdt garam
- 1/2 sdt lada hitam
- 1/2 sdt bubuk bawang putih
- 1/2 sdt bubuk bawang merah
- 1 butir telur, kocok
- 1/2 cangkir air
- Minyak kelapa untuk menggoreng
Nah, sekarang kita mulai masakannya:
- Campurkan tepung terigu, pati jagung, garam, lada hitam, bubuk bawang putih, dan bubuk bawang merah ke dalam mangkok.
- Kocok telur dan campurkan dengan air ke dalam mangkok lainnya.
- Panaskan minyak kelapa di dalam wajan dengan api sedang.
- Celupkan potongan fillet ayam ke dalam campuran telur, kemudian gulingkan ke dalam campuran tepung terigu hingga rata.
- Masukkan ayam ke dalam wajan dan goreng selama sekitar 5-6 menit atau hingga ayam menjadi kecokelatan dan renyah.
- Setelah matang, angkat ayam dan letakkan di atas kertas minyak untuk menghilangkan minyak yang berlebih.
- Sajikan dengan saus favoritmu dan nikmati!
